Check-in is 2 pm, check-out is 12 noon.

Early check in could be arranged at 10% per charge of the room rate per hour, subject to room availability.

Room rates are based on a maximum of 4 person per room

Complimentary breakfast for two (2) persons.

Children below 5 years old, sharing bed with parents are FREE of charge.

Children 6 years old and above are considered adult rate.

Dona Felipa serves a wide array of food choices that OUTSIDE FOOD is discourage, but maybe allowed with proper request at PHP 1,500 per menu corkage or pay PHP 3,000 (please inquire at the front desk).

PETS are strictly NOT ALLOWED in the resort; penalty at PHP 10,000.

Room service has 20% additional service charge against total bill.

Smoking is allowed only at designated areas.
